Sales Agreement
The buyer accepts the responsibility of caring for this kitten and providing property for its welfare. This animal is being sold as an indoor pet, which should not be declawed and should not receive a feline leukemia vaccination.
The buyer understands that this kitten is being sold as a pet for the pet price of $600.00, and cannot be used for breeding purposes. The buyer agrees to spay/neuter this kitten by the 6th month of age for a female and the 7th month for a male and to provide Kitzspa Cattery with proof of it within 30 days of altering. Upon compliance of these terms the buyer will receive a registration slip and signed pedigree of the said kitten.
This kitten currently eats Royal Canin kitten dry and twice daily receives one spoonful of Evo Innova Cat & Kitten canned food. This kitten food should not be changed for a minimum of 3 weeks until he or she has settled into his or her new home. This kitten will have access to fresh clean water at all times.
The breeder warrants that this kitten is genetically sound and will replace this kitten with another at no additional cost if this kitten dies before the age of 2 years of a genetic defect and the said defect is evidenced conclusively in an autopsy report and presented to the breeder. The breeder guarantees that Kitzspa Cattery cats are Feline Leukemia, corona virus and FIV negative and that this kitten is presently free of disease. If the animal appears unhealthy within 7 days of sale, the breeder must be contacted immediately for health care instructions. Kitzspa's health guarantees are void if this kitten goes unattended outside, comes into contact with cats that have been outside, or if the buyer ignores the breeder's health care instructions. The breeder will not reimburse any subsequent veterinary bills. The breeder's liability is limited to the replacement of the pet.
The buyer, if dissatisfied with his or her purchase, may return the kitten within 7 days of receiving the kitten. The buyer agrees that the breeder will retain the initial kitten deposit ($100.00) to cover costs (advertising, vetting & quarantine) incurred by Kitzspa Cattery to resell this kitten.

Date proof of spay/neuter by: 8 Months of age
Next vaccination due in one year, or to be determined by your vet
